At Personal Edge Training, our boot camps are not simply glorified aerobics classes. We use much more than just yoga mats, dumbbells and park benches. Our highly experienced Personal Trainers lead an energetic circuit of exercises using a wide variety of equipment that most facilities would only use with their one-on-one clients.
