I've never considered myself an athlete. I've never played a team sport. But, for the last six years I have felt like I am both athletic and a part of a team because of my experience at Personal Edge Training. 

I regularly attend the lunchtime bootcamp sessions that run Monday through Friday from 12:15-1. The workout is hard but yet I can tailor it to my level. I sweat, I push my boundaries, I learn new techniques and I learn about myself. I've made friends that are outside my regular circle. If there are days I feel quiet, I can be quiet and focus on myself. It really is something for everyone.

At age 40 I am in the best shape of my life both physically and mentally and I owe much of that to the team at Personal Edge Training. They care about me and my health. The bootcamps are a perfect break in my day and help me return to work for a more productive afternoon where I can bring the best of myself to my team.
