Training for me is about weight management and staying in good physical shape so that I can live an active lifestyle. 

I  became a Personal Edge client in April 2017. Going to the gym is not something I am passionate about, but rather a means to an end. Thus, I hire professionals to guide and support me in achieving my physical goals. I found a perfect fit at Personal Edge. You will find me there at 6 am personal training 2x per week and Wednesday mornings at the Before the Bell Boot Camp class. The trainers are very knowledgeable and personable.  

You would be amazed at the energy level even first thing in the morning. Owners Roberta and Phil maintain a high standard for their business and make sure the training is personal to each client. I tore the meniscus in my knee last year. It has been a slow mending process, but through modified workouts I was able to continue training while rehabilitating my knee. More importantly I was able to continue golfing and curling through the injury as a result of the training.
