Personal Edge Training Inc. is offering beginner and beginner/intermediate Pilates classes inside our personal training studio. Register for one of our classes to see the difference of taking a semi-private Pilates class in our personal setting of 3 participants.
Our small setting will enable you to learn to use proper techniques rather than ineffectively going through the motions. Now is the time for you to register for one of our semi-private Pilates sessions.
Pilates will help you to develop deep core strength, improve flexibility, endurance
and coordination of movement.

Session Fees:
Sessions are 8 weeks in length and begin the week of January 12th and end the
week of
March 1st.
* Cost is $360 for 8 sessions plus GST.
* Pilates on the ball class is a maximum of 2 participants
and the cost is $400 for 8 sessions.
* Maximum of 3 people per session.
* Design your own class for your workplace/group
of friends on our facility or yours.
